Community standards for coaches and parents. RinkHQ is built around trust — between coaches and families, and between everyone and the platform.
This policy applies to everyone who uses RinkHQ — coaches, parents, and any other users. It sits alongside the Terms of service and is incorporated into them. Using RinkHQ means you accept both.
You must use RinkHQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable UK law. In particular you must not:

RinkHQ facilitates communication between coaches and families around junior sport. The following are not acceptable on the platform:
Access to other users’ data is granted strictly for the purpose of running the booking relationship. Using that access for any other purpose is a breach of this policy and of UK data protection law.

Reports are treated in confidence. We will acknowledge every report and investigate it. Where the conduct reported may also constitute a criminal offence or a safeguarding concern, please contact the police or emergency services as appropriate — do not rely solely on a platform report.
