For coaches
Title, time, price, capacity — publish from the sofa and it's live on your page with the spots counting themselves. The free plan covers five sessions a calendar month; recurring series fill a whole term in one go on the Coach plan.
Your page carries the credentials, the reviews and the live availability — drop one link in the group chat and stop answering the same questions. Parents join your rink by code or invite, so you decide who can book.
Three taps from found to booked, against live capacity — full is full, and full sessions can run a waitlist on the Coach plan. Every booking lands with the skater's name and its own payment reference.
Card via Stripe, bank transfer, cash or PayPal: parents pay you, never us, and each booking shows paid or unpaid as it lands. The day-before reminder sends itself, so Thursday runs on time.
One gate before the loop starts: bookings open once RinkHQ has reviewed your EIHA licence and DBS details — the verified mark on your page does the reassuring for you. Your profile and sessions are visible to parents either way.
For parents
Free for parents, always. Join your coach's rink, book your skater, pay the coach direct — RinkHQ keeps it tidy from there.
Your coach shares a rink code or invite link — one tap admits you. No code? Request to join from the coach's page and they'll approve you.
Pick the session, pick the skater, confirm. Live remaining spots, waitlists when it's full, and every booking in one account.
Card, bank transfer, cash or PayPal — against a unique reference, with no commission. If a paid session is cancelled, it turns into a full-value credit automatically.
