Title, time, price, capacity — the session is on your page before the kettle's boiled, with the spots counting themselves. The free plan covers five sessions a calendar month; on the Coach plan a recurring series fills the whole term in one go, holidays skipped.
Wednesday · while you work
Kate found the session on the school run; Maya's booked by the school gates. Every booking arrives with the skater's name and its own payment reference — card via Stripe, bank transfer, cash or PayPal, each one direct to you, and you watch paid or unpaid settle against every name as the week fills.

The day-before reminder already went out by itself. At the boards, the session card shows who's booked, who's paid, and the severity-flagged medical notes first — attendance is one tap, and it reconciles back to your money view on its own.
Friday
No bank-app archaeology: the week's money is already matched, paid or unpaid against every booking as it happened. A review arrives — you approve what's published, and it appears on your page anonymously, by design. Next Thursday is already taking bookings.

What's free, what's £15, and exactly what happens to the money.
No — 0% commission on every plan, always. Parents pay you directly by card via Stripe, bank transfer, cash or PayPal, against a unique reference RinkHQ generates per booking. The subscription is the only money RinkHQ ever takes.
Free covers a single coach running up to five sessions a calendar month — with your public page, bookings, roster, attendance, medical flags, reviews and direct payments. The £15/mo Coach plan lifts the cap and adds recurring series, the finance view, payment reminders, waitlists, credits tools, rink codes and calendar feeds.
Once RinkHQ has reviewed the EIHA licence and DBS details on your profile — a manual review, and the verified mark appears on your page when it passes. Your profile and sessions are visible to parents while you wait.
The parent's payment turns into a full-value credit automatically, ready to apply to their next booking with you — no refund maths landing in your week. If they'd rather have the money back, you can refund directly and the credit is removed.
No. The session card on your dashboard is the rinkside view — open it on your phone at the boards for the roster, payment status, severity-flagged medical notes and one-tap attendance.
You drop back to Free and keep your page, roster and history — you just return to the five-sessions-a-month limit and the Coach-plan tools switch off. Plans are monthly; cancel anytime from Billing.
